Talk therapy, also known as Psychotherapy, is a treatment method where individuals discuss feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. The goal of talk therapy is to help individuals gain insight into their lives and develop coping strategies for problems that arise. TLC approaches talk therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. Commonly used to support anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health diagnosis.

Exploration and discussion using faith based principles to support marital or relational issues, loneliness, infidelity-betrayal, divorce, and grief & loss; as well as, those struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma.

How much will counseling cost?
$140 Initial (Intake) Assessment
one-time flat rate (45-60 mins)
$120 Individual Sessions (45 mins)
$160 Couples Session (60 mins)
Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time counseling services are offered on-line only.
What days and times are you available for sessions?
Monday - Friday
Premium Slots on Saturdays
Typically, how often are sessions?
Initially, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended based on the client needs to benefit from real growth and see the changes you desire. As client’s begin to meet their goals we move to less frequent sessions on a monthly basis.
What types of payment do you accept?
All sessions are self-pay/private pay. We accept Debit/Credit cards, Medical Savings Account (MSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
Do you accept insurance?
No. At this time we are not accepting insurance as a form of payment.
